An inquiry is not a booking

Sending the form does not reserve a date, confirm availability, create a contract or guarantee that an event can go ahead.

A booking exists only after you and Artyom have expressly agreed in writing on the date, location, scope, price and relevant practical details, and Breaking Bubble has sent written confirmation. Any later written quote or booking confirmation will form part of the agreement and will take priority if it conflicts with these general website terms.

Your inquiry

Please provide accurate contact and event information and make sure you are authorised to make the inquiry. Do not submit unlawful material, sensitive personal information, or another person's information without a proper reason and authority to share it. Sending an inquiry is free and does not itself create a payment obligation.

Service area and event-specific terms

The inquiry form is for events in Belgium. Every request remains subject to availability and suitability. Price, payment timing, cancellation or rescheduling arrangements, access needs, venue requirements and the precise event format are event-specific. They apply only when included in the written quote or confirmation agreed for your event.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit spam or automated requests, impersonate someone else, or use the form for anything unlawful. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users.

Website content and intellectual property

The Breaking Bubble name, branding, copy, photographs, graphics and other site content belong to Breaking Bubble or are used with permission.
