Who is responsible

Breaking Bubble is operated by Artyom Godunov. He is responsible for the personal information described here. For questions or requests, email hello@breakingbubble.com.

Information collected

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, event type, preferred date, event location and any guest count or message you choose to provide. If you continue the conversation by email, that correspondence and any event details you share are also processed.

Limited technical information, such as request timing, IP address, browser information and delivery or security records, may be processed by the website host, EmailJS and related infrastructure to deliver the site and form, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures. Please do not send sensitive personal information or unnecessary details about children through the form.

Why the information is used

Inquiry details are used to assess your request, reply to you and, when you ask to proceed, take steps toward agreeing an event. This is processing needed before a possible contract at your request. Limited technical records may also be used for the legitimate interests of keeping the service secure, reliable and free from spam. Records may be kept where necessary for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Your inquiry details are not used for advertising or mailing lists. They are not sold, and no advertising profile or significant automated decision is made about you.

What you need to provide

Your name, email address, event type and Belgian event location are required so the inquiry can be understood and answered. The date, guest count and message are optional, although missing details may need to be discussed before availability or a proposal can be confirmed. Breaking Bubble currently accepts event inquiries for Belgium only.

Who receives the information

Form submissions are delivered through EmailJS Pte. Ltd., acting as an email-delivery service provider, to the mailbox used by Breaking Bubble. The website host and providers supporting email, security and error prevention may process limited information only as needed to provide those services. Personal information may also be disclosed where the law requires it or where necessary to protect legal rights.

EmailJS states that its primary facilities are in the United States and that Standard Contractual Clauses are used for relevant transfers from Europe. Its current practices and processors are described in the EmailJS privacy policy and data protection agreement.

Cookies and browser storage

Breaking Bubble does not use analytics or advertising cookies. After an inquiry attempt, the form stores a temporary timestamp named breaking-bubble-booking in your browser session for up to 30 seconds. It contains no inquiry content and is used only to prevent rapid repeat submissions. It is removed when it expires and also disappears when the browser session ends.

The website reads your browser’s preferred languages locally to suggest a supported language. It does not look up your location or send this information to a third-party language service. If you choose a language, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage as breakingbubble-language until you change it or clear your browser’s site data. If you dismiss the language suggestion, that choice is stored as breakingbubble-language-dismissed for the current browser session. Neither setting contains inquiry details.

How long information is kept

Inquiry information is kept while the request is active and only as long afterwards as reasonably needed for follow-up, security, a dispute or a legal obligation. If an event is agreed, relevant records are kept only as long as needed to perform the agreement and meet applicable accounting, tax and legal requirements. Retention is reviewed according to whether the inquiry or booking is still active and whether a legal reason to keep the record remains; information is then deleted or anonymised.

EmailJS may retain request history, including submitted form variables and technical records, for up to 30 days depending on the account plan and template settings.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, receive portable information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@breakingbubble.com to make a request. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. A response will normally be provided within one month.

You may also raise a concern with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest version.
